Why I Built This

My name is Jeff Zonsius. I spent over 20 years running P&L operations in plastics distribution, managing teams, growing revenue, and solving problems every day.

Then I found myself job searching. For months. I applied to hundreds of jobs. I got ghosted by companies posting fake listings. I got filtered out by ATS systems that couldn't read my resume. I watched tools promise to help and deliver keyword matching at best.
